To build many houses, all essentially the same, and sell them at low prices to compete with dozens of other builders is not the best way to provide housing for people. The negatives are many: high energy use both in operating the house and in daily commuting, the destruction of farm land, and the monotony of rows of houses, none designed with thoughts of where they are or who will live in them; these are not visionary concepts.

We know that people value their individuality and we work to help them express that in the design of their homes. Along with good design goes good quality of materials, management, and workmanship; so the expensive and unexpected failure does not visit the house and its owners.

It's the honest way to deal with our clients, make friends, and build a trusted business.
